By accessing or using BadReviewReply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

BadReviewReply provides AI-generated draft responses for restaurant and hospitality review management. Users paste a customer review, choose basic context, and receive draft replies that can be edited before posting.

The service does not post replies automatically to Google, Yelp, Tripadvisor, or any other public review platform.

You are responsible for the review text you submit and for any reply you choose to use. You must review, edit, and approve all generated content before publishing it.

Do not submit content that includes sensitive personal information, payment information, health information, confidential business information, unlawful content, or content you are not authorized to process.

AI-generated replies may be incomplete, inaccurate, unsuitable, or inappropriate for a specific situation. We do not guarantee that any reply will improve ratings, remove reviews, satisfy customers, or create a particular business outcome.

Generated replies are not legal, financial, crisis communications, public relations, or professional business advice.

You may not use the service to generate deceptive content, harassment, spam, impersonation, illegal content, or content that violates a third-party platform's policies.

You may not reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, resell, or misuse the service or attempt to bypass usage limits.

The current version may provide a limited number of free generations per browser or user. Usage limits, access rules, pricing, and feature availability may change as the product develops.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe the service is being misused or used in a way that creates risk for the product, our users, or third parties.

Paid plans may be offered through a third-party payment processor. Prices, plan limits, billing period, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown at checkout when paid plans are available.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access a paid feature after payment, contact hello@badreviewreply.com so we can investigate.

When paid plans are available, cancellation terms will be provided in the checkout or account flow. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, requests for billing help or refunds should be sent to hello@badreviewreply.com within 14 days of the charge.

Refund decisions may depend on payment processor status, product access, usage, fraud checks, and applicable law.

BadReviewReply, the website, product design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service except as allowed by these terms.

You retain responsibility for the review text you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use generated replies for your own business review management.

The service may rely on third-party infrastructure for hosting, databases, AI generation, analytics, email, and payments. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform policy changes, or external services outside our control.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every business situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BadReviewReply will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, review platform penalties, or reputational harm arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
