Privacy Policy

BadReviewReply collects information you provide directly, including review text, selected rating, tone, issue type, generated replies, email address, business type, and monthly review volume when you join early access.

We also collect basic usage information such as generation events, copy clicks, upgrade clicks, limit events, hashed technical identifiers, browser identifiers, timestamps, and approximate request metadata needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.

We use information to generate draft review replies, enforce free usage limits, improve product quality, troubleshoot errors, respond to support requests, contact early access users, measure product interest, and protect the service from misuse.

We do not sell personal information.

When you submit review text, that text may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure used to generate replies. Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment information, health information, confidential business information, or information that you are not authorized to process.

Generated replies are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them before posting publicly.

We use service providers to host the website, store product data, process AI requests, manage analytics or events, and operate email communications. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

Current infrastructure may include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database storage, DeepSeek or another AI provider for reply generation, Namecheap Private Email for email, and Creem for payment review and future checkout flows.

We may use browser local storage, cookies, or similar technologies to remember a browser identifier, manage free generation limits, improve reliability, and understand product usage.

You can block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser, but some product features may stop working correctly.

We keep submitted review content, generated replies, events, and lead information for as long as reasonably needed to operate, secure, improve, and validate the service, unless deletion is requested or longer retention is required by law.

Early access email information may be retained until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or it is no longer needed for product communications.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting hello@badreviewreply.com.

If you no longer want early access or product emails, contact us or reply to an email with your request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

BadReviewReply is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If you use the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
